- Operational Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- The exact meeting point will be shared after booking confirmation.
- Participants aged 16-50 years are eligible and must book their own ticket. Those below 16 or above 50 are not permitted.
- Maximum weight limit: 90 kg per participant.
- Local transfers are provided from the meeting point to the take-off site and from the landing site back to the meeting point.
- The activity may be delayed or postponed due to weather – rescheduling details will be provided in such cases.
- Not recommended for pregnant women (over 3 months) or those with major surgeries, broken bones, or chronic back/neck issues.
- Arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before your scheduled slot.

- Consumption of alcohol or heavy meals before or during the activity is strictly prohibited.

- Please avoid littering to help keep the destination clean.
- Valid ID proof (Aadhaar, Passport, or Driver’s License) is mandatory. PAN Card is not accepted.
- Comfortable sports shoes with grip (no slippers/sandals).
- Windproof jacket or warm layer depending on weather.
- Sunglasses and sunscreen for protection against glare.
- Water bottle and light snack if required.
- Valid ID proof for verification.

By Train
- Pathankot Railway Station (≈ 85-90 km / 2.5-3 hrs): A major railhead with regular trains from Delhi and other North Indian cities.
- Kangra Mandir Railway Station (Kangra Valley line) (≈ 20-25 km / 45-60 min): A narrow-gauge option for local connectivity to Dharamshala.
